Distortion-based Rate Allocation for Progressive Image Transmission

  • 摘要: 該文根據(jù)信源編碼壓縮比、信道碼率及信道特征對漸進(jìn)圖像傳輸失真的影響,提出一種基于最小圖像失真的動(dòng)態(tài)碼率分配策略。在總的碼率限制下采用遍歷搜索信道碼率的方法,得出可用碼率在信源編碼和信道編碼之間的最優(yōu)分配,使端對端的失真最小。
