容差電路k故障診斷理論和方法
THEORIES AND ALGORITHMS OF k-FAULT DIAGNOSIS IN ANALOG CIRCUITS WITH TOLERANCES

摘要: 本文在理論上揭示了偏差-故障電路可及點電壓變化陣方向能量與故障信息陣、偏差干擾陣方向能量間的定量關(guān)系,分離出最大方向能量子空間,并提出了該子空間與故障信息子空間的最大接近度概念。技術(shù)上,本文給出了定位準(zhǔn)確度與當(dāng)今最精良的非線性最小二乘法相當(dāng),而定位速度快300～500倍的多故障定位新方法廣義反投影法。

Abstract: By using singular value decomposition, this paper elaborates the quantitative relation among oriented energies of the measurable voltage-change matrix, fault-information matrix and departure-disturbance matrix in departure-fault circuits, describes separation of the maximal oriented energy subspace, and proposes a maximal closeness criterion. Some novel algorithms, under the name of Generalized Inverse Projection (GIP), are presented to locate k-faults. The location accuracy of the GIP is so high as that of the excellent Nonlinear Least Square estimation (NLS), but testing time required by the GIP is only one over several hundreds of that by the NLS. -
