ADVANCES IN HIGH-CURRENT-DENSITY PHOTOCATHODES

  • 摘要: 長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),光陰極主要應(yīng)用于輻射探測(cè)及微光成象。幾乎所有應(yīng)用于上述目的的光陰極都被設(shè)計(jì)為低電流密度工作狀態(tài)(1A/cm2)。這類(lèi)光陰極在強(qiáng)光照射下,很快地出現(xiàn)疲勞現(xiàn)象。七十年代出現(xiàn)的大電流密度光陰極能在脈沖的或持續(xù)的強(qiáng)激光照射下產(chǎn)生大電流密度光電發(fā)射。本文著重報(bào)道這一時(shí)期大電流密度光陰極的進(jìn)展,介紹它們的實(shí)際應(yīng)用,并對(duì)幾種大電流密度光陰極進(jìn)行對(duì)比和評(píng)價(jià)。
