  • 摘要: 針對模糊C均值聚類算法(FCM)分割圖像時(shí)對噪聲敏感和分割邊界不封閉問題,該文基于FCM的隸屬度矩陣定義偽水平集及演化曲線,提出一個(gè)融合曲線演化和FCM的快速圖像分割模型。在偽水平集上,通過采用高斯濾波近似曲線演化過程中的弧長正則項(xiàng),得到封閉光滑的分割邊界;通過設(shè)計(jì)新的邊緣停止函數(shù),依據(jù)灰度值與隸屬度映射關(guān)系對噪聲點(diǎn)灰度值進(jìn)行修正,降低了濾波對聚類的影響。聚類和曲線平滑交替進(jìn)行,提高了模型對圖像噪聲的魯棒性。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明該模型能夠較好地克服圖像噪聲對分割的影響,得到較為理想的分割結(jié)果。
