Research on the Resonant Current of the LCLC Resonant Converters

  • 摘要: 由于LCLC諧振變換器能夠同時實現(xiàn)開關管的零電壓、零電流開通和關斷,因此廣泛應用于行波管電源中。然而,在實際電路測試中出現(xiàn)的反向諧振電流以及開關管關斷時諧振電流不為零的問題,造成LCLC諧振變換器的效率下降。該文從LCLC諧振變換器的工作原理出發(fā),推導了上述兩個問題出現(xiàn)的原因,并給出了解決方案。通過軟件仿真的方法,給出了用于LCLC諧振變換器的經(jīng)驗數(shù)值。最后,通過軟件仿真以及實際測試兩種方法驗證了上述分析。
