  • 摘要: 陰極熱子組件作為星載行波管的核心部件,要求它具備穩(wěn)定可靠、壽命長久、低功耗的特點(diǎn)。該文利用數(shù)值模擬和熱測實驗對某星載行波管陰極熱子組件結(jié)構(gòu)開展了研究,提出一種接觸熱阻估算方法,模擬了陰極熱子組件結(jié)構(gòu)熱特性,設(shè)計并完成了陰極熱子組件結(jié)構(gòu)熱測實驗,首次獲取了結(jié)構(gòu)在一系列熱子加熱功率下由內(nèi)到外的溫度實測數(shù)據(jù)。進(jìn)一步,通過修正陰極熱子組件結(jié)構(gòu)熱模擬邊界及激勵,迭代得到接觸熱阻值,獲取了一種高可靠的陰極熱子組件結(jié)構(gòu)熱模型,實驗表明,該熱模型陰極溫度計算精度在5%以內(nèi),結(jié)構(gòu)最大溫度計算誤差不超過72 C。
