Adaptive Spatial Steganography Based on Cannys Edge Detection

摘要: 針對(duì)自適應(yīng)空域隱寫術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題,該文結(jié)合Canny邊緣檢測(cè)和校驗(yàn)格編碼(STC)提出一種不需要同步邊信息的自適應(yīng)空域隱寫方法。首先,根據(jù)秘密消息長(zhǎng)度、載體圖像等因素確定Canny邊緣檢測(cè)算法中的參數(shù)取值,進(jìn)而根據(jù)相應(yīng)的參數(shù)取值使用Canny邊緣檢測(cè)算法來(lái)選擇載體圖像的邊緣區(qū)域。然后,分別定義邊緣區(qū)域像素和非邊緣區(qū)域像素的嵌入失真;最后,在載體像素的多個(gè)最低有效位平面(LSB)使用STC嵌入秘密消息。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:該隱寫方法在4種嵌入率情況下抵抗常見(jiàn)通用隱寫分析的性能優(yōu)于3種已有的隱寫方法,且在較小嵌入率情況下與空域通用小波相對(duì)失真方法(S-UNIWARD)相當(dāng)。

Abstract: Aiming at the essential problems of the design of adaptive spatial steganography, this paper proposes an adaptive spatial steganographic algorithm without synchronizing the side information, combining with Cannys edge detection algorithm and the Syndrome Trellis Code (STC). Firstly, the parameters of Cannys algorithm are obtained on the basis of the factors, including the length of the secret message, the cover image, and so on; then Cannys algorithm is used to select the edge region of the cover image. Moreover, the embedding distortions of the edge and non-edge pixels are defined respectively. Finally, the STC is used to embed the secret message in multiple Least Significant Bit (LSB) planes of the pixels. The experimental results illustrate that, under the condition of four kinds of embedding rates, when resisting common universal steganalysis, the proposed method performs better than other three existing methods, and is comparable to the Spatial-UNIversal WAvelet Relative Distortion (S-UNIWARD) under the condition of small embedding rates. -
