Coherent Integration Based on Random Pulse Repetition Interval Radon-Fourier Transform

摘要: 針對(duì)遠(yuǎn)程隱身目標(biāo)微弱回波的低信噪比檢測(cè)和多普勒模糊下的參數(shù)測(cè)量問題,該文采用隨機(jī)脈沖重復(fù)間隔Radon-Fourier變換(RPRI-RFT)實(shí)現(xiàn)回波脈沖的長(zhǎng)時(shí)間相參積累和盲速旁瓣(BSSL)抑制。通過分析PRI隨機(jī)抖動(dòng)量與多普勒模糊旁瓣均值、隨機(jī)調(diào)制噪聲譜方差的定量關(guān)系,表明增加積累脈沖數(shù)量可以降低調(diào)制噪聲的影響,并針對(duì)脈沖數(shù)增加導(dǎo)致的回波跨距離單元的問題,提出RPRI-RFT實(shí)現(xiàn)回波脈沖的有效相參積累。理論分析和仿真結(jié)果表明,RPRI-RFT能夠降低隨機(jī)調(diào)制噪聲,同時(shí)可以抑制盲速旁瓣,從而有效提高低重復(fù)頻率雷達(dá)對(duì)遠(yuǎn)程、微弱高速多目標(biāo)的檢測(cè)和測(cè)量能力。

Abstract: The Random Pulse Repetition Interval Radon-Fourier Transform (RPRI-RFT) is proposed for long-time echo pulses coherent integration and Blind Speed Side Lobe (BSSL) suppression, which makes it a good resolution for low SNR target detection and parameters estimation under Doppler ambiguity of long-range stealth targets. By analyzing the quantitative relation between the random jitter of PRI with the mean of Doppler ambiguity side lobes and the variance of random noise spectrum modulation, it is cleared that increasing the number of pulses can reduce the effect of modulation noise. Furthermore, for the problem of cross range unit migration leaded by increasing pulses, RPRI-RFT is an effective method to achieve echo pulses coherent integration. Both theoretical analysis and simulation results show that RPRI-RFT can be used to reduce random noise while suppressing blind speed side lobes, thus significantly improving the detection and measurement ability of low pulse repetition frequency radar with long-range weak high-speed multi-targets. -
