摘要: 該文在電源線傳導(dǎo)發(fā)射測(cè)試的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)測(cè)量不確定度在電磁兼容測(cè)試中的影響進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。該文分析了A類和B類標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不確定度以及系統(tǒng)誤差。結(jié)果表明實(shí)驗(yàn)布置的細(xì)微差別都會(huì)給測(cè)試結(jié)果帶來(lái)很大的影響。

Abstract: Based on the conducted emission measurements for the power line , the measurement uncertainties which affect the Electro Magnetic Compatibility(EMC) test are analyzed. This paper investigates the type A and type B uncertainties and the systemic errors. The results show that the tiny difference of the test setup can bring much difference. -
