摘要: 本文導(dǎo)出了一般開(kāi)關(guān)電容支路的Z域電荷耦合模型,提出一種適用于多相開(kāi)關(guān)電容網(wǎng)絡(luò)Z域分析的回路電荷法。Abstract: A derivation of the Z-domain charge coupled model is given for a general switched-capacitor branch. A new loop charge method for the Z-domain analysis of multiphase switched-capacitor networks is presented.
