摘要: 高精度動(dòng)目標(biāo)檢測(cè)是雷達(dá)數(shù)字接收機(jī)的一項(xiàng)核心技術(shù),現(xiàn)有的多普勒頻移估計(jì)方法不能滿足現(xiàn)代數(shù)字接收機(jī)的高精度、低計(jì)算量、超低信噪比環(huán)境等要求。該文提出了一種低信噪比環(huán)境下的基于雙采樣速率的高精度動(dòng)目標(biāo)檢測(cè)技術(shù),它包括基于FFT的欠采樣信號(hào)頻率無模糊估計(jì),高精度多普勒頻移估計(jì)和基于雙采樣速率的動(dòng)目標(biāo)徑向速度估計(jì)等算法。Abstract: High accuracy moving target detection is a key technique in the digital radar receiver. The Doppler frequency estimation methods which have been presented can not satisfy the performances of modern digital receivers such as high estimation accuracy, less computation, super low SNR circumstance, etc. In this paper, a high accuracy detection technique of moving target based on double sample rate in low SNR circumstance is proposed, and it includes three main techniques, i.e. unambiguous frequency estimation of sub-sampling signal based on FFT, high accuracy Doppler frequency estimation and radial rate estimation of moving target based on double sample rate.
