摘要: 本文通過分析和推導(dǎo),將譜域?qū)Э狗〝U(kuò)展到單軸介質(zhì)加載鰭線的特性分析。單軸介質(zhì)的光軸方向既可平行又可垂直于介質(zhì)分界面。通過對稱雙側(cè)鰭線的有效介電常數(shù)的數(shù)值計(jì)算,驗(yàn)證了本文方法的正確性。

Abstract: A characteristic analysis of the finlines with uniaxially anisotropic substrates using the spectral-domain immittance approach is presented. The optical axis of uniaxial substrate is either perpendicular or parallel to the substrate plane. This approach is tested to be correct, through the numerical calculation of the effective dielectric constant of a bilateral symmetry finlines. -
