System Considerations for MIMO UWB Wireless System Using Adaptive Modulation

摘要: 在對(duì)多輸入多輸出(MIMO)技術(shù)和超寬帶(UWB)無(wú)線通信研究的基礎(chǔ)上提出了一種基于自適應(yīng)調(diào)制技術(shù)的時(shí)變多進(jìn)制MIMO UWB系統(tǒng)。通過(guò)采用奇異值分解理論和速率分階的方法對(duì)系統(tǒng)性能進(jìn)行了分析,推導(dǎo)出了速率離散分階情況下的功率和速率的分配公式,提出了相鄰時(shí)隙平均功率控制(JTAPC)算法,并且對(duì)系統(tǒng)的性能進(jìn)行了仿真。研究結(jié)果表明,功率控制算法的使用很大程度上提高了采用速率分階的系統(tǒng)的性能,并且降低了系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的復(fù)雜度。Abstract: Based on the investigation of Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) technology and Ultra-Wide Band (UWB) wireless communication systems, a novel MIMO UWB system is proposed, which based on adaptive modulation technique in time varying channel. By using Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) theory and rate quantization methods, the joint time slot average power control algorithm to allocate power and rate is proposed. Simulations indicate that system performance is highly improved by using the power control algorithm.
