A Cross-layer Scheme to Make Effectiveness and Fairness Tradeoff for TCP in W-CDMA/UMTS

  • 摘要: 在UMTS系統(tǒng)中,由于MAC層的包調(diào)度引入了用戶間的競爭,帶來了傳輸層TCP有效性和公平性問題,為了解決這個問題,該文提出了一種主動ACK包轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)控制策略(AAFC),它的基本思想是在基站處嵌入AAFC模塊,通過MAC層和傳輸層之間的消息傳遞來控制基站處ACK包的轉(zhuǎn)發(fā),以此來保證用戶間TCP流的公平性以及鏈路層無線資源的最充分利用。仿真結果證明了AAFC方案的有效性。
