盲圖像恢復中的二維盲均衡研究

摘要: 數(shù)字圖像在傳輸過程中,由于受到二維信道的點擴展函數(shù)(PSF)的影響,會產(chǎn)生圖像模糊問題。在對圖像進行恢復時,需要消除PSF的影響,在許多實際應(yīng)用中PSF的特性未知,此時圖像的恢復就是盲圖像恢復。該文提出了一種應(yīng)用于盲圖像恢復的二維盲均衡迭代算法,該算法是通信領(lǐng)域中應(yīng)用的EVA盲均衡算法的一種二維擴展。仿真結(jié)果表明,該算法具有信噪比增益高、收斂速度快等特點,有較為廣泛的應(yīng)用前景。

Abstract: During the transmission of digital image, the signal may be blurred by the Point Spread Function (PSF) of the 2-dimensional channel. On the restoration of the image, the influence of PSF should be eliminated without the knowledge of PSF in most real applications. It is called blind image restoration when the property of PSF is unknown. A new algorithm for blind image restoration via 2-dimensional blind equalization is proposed in this article. It is essentially a 2-dimensional expansion of EVA algorithm applied in the field of communication. Experimental results show that the algorithm works with rapid convergence speed and high improvement of SNR and has the prospect of wide applications. -
