DOA ESTIMATION BASED ON DIELECTRIC DOME ARRAY

摘要: 由于介質(zhì)頂對(duì)來波的發(fā)散作用,到達(dá)平面陣的波是非平面波。本文研究基于介質(zhì)頂陣的到達(dá)角(DOA)估計(jì)方法。通過對(duì)采樣協(xié)方差矩陣進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)場近似(FFA)處理,用高分辨特征結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)(MUSIc算法)進(jìn)行DOA估計(jì),得到了比較好的結(jié)果。計(jì)算機(jī)模擬結(jié)果證實(shí)了該方法的有效性。

Abstract: The performance of DOA estimation will be distorted in the presence of dielectric dome in the Dielectric Dome Array(DDA) because the dielectric dome diverge the planar wavefront into non-planar wavefront inside it. We proposed a far field approximation(FFA) method in this paper to improve the performance based on DDA. This method first reconstructs a FFA covariance matrix, which is Toplitz and approximate to the far field data covariance matrix, and then the high-resolution eigenstructure techniques can be utilized to estimate the DOAs without revising the planar wavefont assumption. Simulation results confirm the theoretical work. -
