摘要: 該文給出了基于可編程跨導(dǎo)運(yùn)算放大器(POTA)的有源濾波器設(shè)計方法,能在一定范圍內(nèi)實(shí)現(xiàn)跨導(dǎo)值程控調(diào)節(jié), 提高調(diào)節(jié)精度和準(zhǔn)確度。并且利用Jacobi法求解相似對角形矩陣,避免解高次方程的難題。所設(shè)計的有源濾波電路不易受分布電容的影響,穩(wěn)定性好、靈敏度低。本文給出了設(shè)計實(shí)例,顯示了該方法的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。Abstract: In this paper, a method of active filter design based on Programmable Operational Transconductance Amplifiers(POTA) is given. The transconductance is adjusted by software in order to improve accuracy. The design procedure is based on Jacobi method and similar diagonal matrix. The difficulties of finding the roots of high order polynomial can be avoided by using Jacobi method. Active filter circuit is composed of POTA and ground capacitors. It has the characteristics of high stability and low sensitivities. A design example is given and the simulated results show that the given method is suitable for continuous time active filter design.
