寄生不靈敏的開關電容三相振蕩器

摘要: 本文提出并討論了兩種使用開關電容技術設計振蕩器的新方法。設計出的振蕩器產(chǎn)生三相對稱正弦信號,在通信、信號處理等領域有廣泛應用。本文使用了兩類RC振蕩器作為模擬振蕩器原型:一類是SD振蕩器,另一類是三狀態(tài)變量振蕩器。由此實現(xiàn)的SC振蕩器均易于集成,其振蕩頻率與時鐘頻率的關系是線性的,并具有電路特性對寄生電容不靈敏,電容比較小的顯著特點。文中給出了比較結果和實驗結果。實驗結果與理論值相符。

Abstract: A novel design of three-phase oscillator using switched-capacitor (SC) techniques is developed. Two classes of active RC prototypes are used to realize the switched-capacitor oscillators (SCO): one is the SD oscillator while the other is the three state variable oscillator. These SCOs have the following advantages: easily to be constructed in IC form, their oscillation frequency/clock frequency relationship being linear, and having the features of stray capacitance insensitivity and smaller capacitance ratio. The experimental results are in agreement with the theoretical ones. -
