摘要: 本文提出了利用文獻(xiàn)[1]的軸對稱多級降壓收集極計(jì)算模型和通用程序進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)的方法,以及敘述了用該法設(shè)計(jì)的收集極在高效率C波段行波管中的使用情況。

Abstract: In our previous paper[1] the physical-mathematical model suitable for eomputing the depressed collector was presented, and a general computer program was given. In this paper, making use of this program, a method of designing the multi-stage depressed collector is described. And using this method, double stage depressed collector which is used in a C-band, watt level TWT with 22-24 percent electron efficiency is designed. As a result, the collector efficiency is higher than 74 percent and the tube efficiency(excluding heater power) is higher than 50 percent. -
