摘要: 本文從準(zhǔn)正弦的方法導(dǎo)出了變?nèi)荻O管調(diào)諧的耿氏二極管壓控振蕩器的電路方程。對(duì)非線性元件作了專門的處理,得到了一個(gè)通用的計(jì)算機(jī)程序,這個(gè)程序可以計(jì)算小信號(hào)和大信號(hào)的靜態(tài)調(diào)制特性,也可以計(jì)算動(dòng)態(tài)特性和各參量對(duì)過渡過程的影響。
