  • 摘要: 該文考慮集成電路制造過程中傳輸線制造工藝參數(shù)隨機擾動對傳輸線傳輸性能的影響,建立了傳輸線的隨機模型,針對該模型提出了基于蒙特卡洛法的傳輸線瞬態(tài)響應統(tǒng)計分析方法。統(tǒng)計分析中采用精細積分算法求解傳輸線樣本瞬態(tài)響應,并對模型輸出的正態(tài)性進行偏度-峰度檢驗,給出了最差情況估計。試驗結果表明該文提出的傳輸線隨機模型及統(tǒng)計分析方法可以對傳輸線的傳輸性能進行有效的評估,對于傳輸線制造過程的控制及優(yōu)化有著重要意義。
