鋇鎢陰極表面的光電子譜研究
INVESTIGATION OF X-RAY PHOTOELECTRON SPECTRO-SCOPY OF THE DISPENSER CATHODES

摘要: 用XPS,APES和ARPES分析技術(shù)綜合探測(cè)了鋇鎢陰極(包括鋁酸鹽、鎢酸鹽和鈧酸鹽陰極)的表面化學(xué),獲得了一些新的結(jié)果。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明:陰極表面光電子譜峰的形貌特征與陰極的激活狀態(tài)呈對(duì)應(yīng)的關(guān)系;激活后鋇鎢陰極表面的鎢是單一金屬態(tài),鋇呈現(xiàn)氧化態(tài)。

Abstract: The dispenser cathodes are investigated by using modern surface analysistechniques (XPS, APES and ARPES). The surface chemistry and emission properties of the dispenser cathodes activated in situ are obtained, and the experimental results are discussed. -
