摘要: 正 自由電子激光器有可能產(chǎn)生從毫米波到可見(jiàn)光范圍內(nèi)的相干輻射,實(shí)現(xiàn)簡(jiǎn)單的電壓連續(xù)調(diào)諧并能獲得極高的輸出功率。因此越來(lái)越引起人們的重視。它的工作機(jī)理可概述如下:當(dāng)相對(duì)論電子束與入射的泵浦電磁波相互作用時(shí),在電子束中激起縱向密度波并產(chǎn)生正向及反向的散射電磁波。我們僅考慮反向散射波,因?yàn)樗?jīng)過(guò)兩次多普勒頻

Abstract: The stimulated Raman scattering of incident pump wave caused by a magnetized intense relativistic electron beam is analyzed theoretically. The results show that the magnetized beam can increase the gain of the free electron laser if the electron cyclotron frequency Q// in the axial static magnetic field is equal to the frequency i of the incident pump wave in the electron beam frame of reference. In this case the growth rate is i/i- Q// times of that for the unmagnetized beam. -
