ADAPTIVE NONPARAMETRIC DETECTORS FOR CORRELATION GAUSSIAN NOISE

摘要: 本文討論了相關(guān)高斯噪聲自適應(yīng)非參量檢測(cè)器。當(dāng)輸入噪聲的采樣滿足獨(dú)立、同分布(IID)條件時(shí),不管分布是什么形式,非參量檢測(cè)器均能保持虛警概率恒定(CFAR)。但是,許多類噪聲并不能保持IID條件,檢測(cè)器也就無法保持CFAR。本文提出一種簡(jiǎn)單、可行的自適應(yīng)非參量檢測(cè)器,能自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)門限,使虛警概率(Pfa)趨于恒定。這種方法的關(guān)鍵在于用遞歸濾波器的輸出值來測(cè)量噪聲的相關(guān)系數(shù)(Pd),并由此改變秩值檢測(cè)器的檢測(cè)單元的權(quán),使其Pfa趨于恒定。從而使在一定信噪比條件下發(fā)現(xiàn)概率(Pd)也趨于恒定。本文給出檢測(cè)單元加權(quán)的非參量檢測(cè)器的檢測(cè)性能和漸近性能,然后還給出自適應(yīng)非參量檢測(cè)器的近似計(jì)算方法和計(jì)算機(jī)模擬結(jié)果。

Abstract: The problems of adaptive nonparametric detectors are considered. The major reason behind the increasing engineering interest in nonparametric signal detectors is their ability to maintain CFAR (Constant-False-Alarm-Rate) at the detector output for a broad class of noise distributions. The false alarm probability (Pfa) is not constant, when the input noise is not the sequence of IID (Identical Independent Distribution) variance. In order to maintain CFAR the weight of the detection range cell of the detector can be changed continuously by different output value of IIR filter for measuring the correlation coefficient of the input noise. The closed form expressions for detection probability (Pd) and Pfa of the weighted nonparametric detectors are derived. The ARE (Asymptotic Relative Efficiency) of the detectors is investigated. finally, the detection performance of the adaptive nonparametric detector is determined for a finite number of observations. -
