A Changeable QoS Dynamic Bandwidth Allocation and Optimization Strategy Supporting Wireless Multimedia Traffics

  • 摘要: 無線多媒體網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的業(yè)務(wù)包括話音、流媒體、交互類和背景類業(yè)務(wù)4種,除話音業(yè)務(wù)外其余3種業(yè)務(wù)都是可變比特速率業(yè)務(wù)。對該網(wǎng)絡(luò)用戶資源分配(主要是帶寬的分配)若采用傳統(tǒng)的固定分配方法,必定陷入資源利用率低下和用戶QoS得不到保障的兩難境地。該文提出了一種基于無線多媒體業(yè)務(wù)的動態(tài)帶寬分配與優(yōu)化策略,在保證用戶QoS的前提下,盡可能提高資源利用率。該文分別從網(wǎng)絡(luò)和用戶兩個角度考慮,通過系統(tǒng)容量、業(yè)務(wù)阻塞率、數(shù)據(jù)延遲、流媒體的實際傳輸比和VBR業(yè)務(wù)綜合服務(wù)等級等參數(shù),對可升降級QoS無線多媒體網(wǎng)絡(luò)進行了仿真分析,結(jié)果表明,對比傳統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源管理策略,該策略大大改善了系統(tǒng)的性能,提高了系統(tǒng)資源利用率。
