Bidirectional WDM star single-hop networks with reusing wavelengths twice

  • 摘要: 針對有限的數(shù)據(jù)信道波長數(shù)對波分復(fù)用星形單跳網(wǎng)容量的限制問題,文章提出了一種波長二次重用、單纖雙向傳輸和多耦合器內(nèi)連相結(jié)合的組網(wǎng)擴(kuò)容解決方法.與常規(guī)波分復(fù)用星形網(wǎng)相比,該方法不但將網(wǎng)絡(luò)所支持的節(jié)點數(shù)增加了兩倍;而且網(wǎng)絡(luò)的所有數(shù)據(jù)信道波長都得到二次重用,網(wǎng)絡(luò)最大吞吐量也增加了兩倍;在網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點數(shù)不變的條件下,不但可節(jié)省一半的光纖,而且通過波長的二次重用,可大大減小網(wǎng)絡(luò)中通信節(jié)點的排隊時延,緩和各通信節(jié)點對數(shù)據(jù)信道波長使用權(quán)的競爭矛盾,有效地改善網(wǎng)絡(luò)性能。
