摘要: 本文給出了電流模式CCII基本電路模塊,討論了用基本模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)跳耦CCII濾波器的電路結(jié)構(gòu)和設(shè)計(jì)方法。該電路具有低靈敏度特性,適于實(shí)現(xiàn)全集成連續(xù)時(shí)間濾波器。

Abstract: The building blocks of current-mode CC1I are proposed. The leapfrog-type CCII filter structures and their design based on the building blocks are discussed. The filters yield low sensitivities, and they are suitable for fully integrated continuous-time filters. -
