電控體效應(yīng)振蕩器相位的新方法
A NEW mm WAVE GUNN OSCILLATOR PHASE-LOCKING METHOD

摘要: 以往國(guó)內(nèi)外采用種種鎖相方法,而直接控制體效應(yīng)振蕩器偏壓的鎖相法則被認(rèn)為是不切實(shí)際的方法。本文作者在實(shí)驗(yàn)上成功地克服了文獻(xiàn)[1]所提出的困難,運(yùn)用直接控制體效應(yīng)振蕩器偏壓的方法實(shí)現(xiàn)了8mm(35GHz)鎖相標(biāo)準(zhǔn)頻率源和8mm固定中頻鎖相跟蹤系統(tǒng),本文分析了這種新的鎖相方法所具有的獨(dú)特優(yōu)越性并給出了實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果。

Abstract: Reference [1] concluded that for the phase-locking of Gunn Oscillator, timing by varying the bias voltage on the diode is not a practical method. However the author of this paper successfully realized the 8mm (35 GHz) phase-locking standard fre-quency source and 8 mm fixed intermediate frequency phase-locking tracker with this method. This paper analyzes also the unique advantage of the new method. The ex-perimental results are given. -
