多孔鎢銫離子源
A POROUS TUNGSTEN CESIUM ION SOURCE

摘要: 在光電陰極的制備及對(duì)光電陰極作表面分析中,銫離子源較中性銫源具有一定的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。根據(jù)表面電離的原理,銫離子源使用了多孔鎢、銫鹽及其還原劑。本文介紹了銫離子源的制備,報(bào)告了實(shí)際測(cè)量結(jié)果。

Abstract: In the surface analysis and the manufacture of photocathode the cesium ion source shows some advantages as compared with the neutral cesium source. According to the principle of surface ionization, a cesium ion source is manufactured with porous tungsten and cesium chromate. A tablet of porous tungsten and a nickel tube are welded by a laser beam. The ion source is heated to about 1000K io terms of an indirect heating oven and its experimental results are given. -
