電路中心值設(shè)計(jì)的一種改進(jìn)方法

摘要: 基于R.S.Soin和R.Spence(1980)提出的電路中心值設(shè)計(jì)的統(tǒng)計(jì)最優(yōu)化方法,文中提出了一種改進(jìn)的重心游移法。該方法系統(tǒng)地解決了成功點(diǎn)集為空集時(shí)的參數(shù)中心值設(shè)計(jì)問題。給出了兩個(gè)改進(jìn)策略和系統(tǒng)連接問題。以電路設(shè)計(jì)為例證明了該方法的可行性和實(shí)用性。Abstract: Based on the statistical optimization method of circuit design centering proposed by Soin and Spence (1980), a modified yield maximization technique, moving center of gravity, is suggested. This method is satisfactory in solving circuit yield maximization when the circuit initial yield is zero. The two modified strategies are given. Finally, in order to show feasibility and usability of this method, examples of the TV circuit (CS54E-3-R) and IC(XD1531) optimal yield are given.
