雙向負阻晶體管張弛振蕩器分頻鎖相特性的研究

摘要: 本文用簡單模型描述了雙向負阻晶體管(BNRT)張弛振蕩器在周期沖激作用下的分頻鎖相特性。對于任何分?jǐn)?shù)p/q,給出了在參數(shù)空間中分頻鎖相區(qū)的普遍的分析表達式。對于BNRT張弛振蕩器進行了分頻鎖相實驗,實驗結(jié)果與計算相符,說明理論分析是正確有效的。

Abstract: A simple model is used to describle the fractional phase-locking of a relaxation oscillator by periodically applied impulses. For any definite fraction p/q, analytic expressions are derived for the phase-locking region in the parameter space. Experimental results for a bidirectional negative resistance transistor (BNRT) relaxation oscillator agree with the computed ones. -
