摘要: 本文介紹了陰極發(fā)光儀氣體放電式電子槍的工作模式選擇、設(shè)計(jì)方法和性能研究。實(shí)驗(yàn)獲得的電子槍在不同電壓下放電電流與壓強(qiáng)的關(guān)系曲線對(duì)正確使用陰極發(fā)光儀有一定實(shí)用價(jià)值。

It contains the decision of the operating model, the design of the discharge gun and the measurements of the gun performance.
