摘要: 正 (一)引言 開關(guān)電容(SC)濾波器在1977年被重新提出后,受到了極大的注意。最近,一些作者又利用開關(guān)電容方法來實(shí)現(xiàn)別的模擬電路,如正弦波振蕩器、過零檢波器和峰值檢波器、跟蹤濾波器、鎖相環(huán)和平衡解調(diào)器、壓控張弛振蕩器,以及模擬延遲線等。 本文描述一種采用感性開關(guān)電容的正弦波振蕩器。與文獻(xiàn)[3]中采用并聯(lián)開關(guān)電容的方案相比,由于感性開關(guān)電容在一個(gè)時(shí)鐘周期Tc內(nèi),完成兩次信息傳輸,因而預(yù)期

Abstract: An inductive switched-capacitor (i.e., terminal-inverter SC) oscillator is described in this paper. It is found that the amplitude equation is independent of the capacitor ratio and high-frequency components introduced by the sampling process are about 50 percent lower than those of a parallel SC oscillator. -
