單片晶體濾波器的計算機輔助設計和分析
THE COMPUTER OPTIMIZED DESIGN AND ANALYSIS OF MONOLITHIC CRYSTAL FILTERS

摘要: 本文是在深入研究單片晶體濾波器理論和等效電路的基礎上,首次利用單片晶體濾波器的綜合設計與網(wǎng)絡分析相結合的方法將過去人工設計和反復試驗的過程全部在計算機中實現(xiàn)。在設計程序中,為了避免解超越方程給出了半經(jīng)驗公式,并對一些系數(shù)進行了修正。在分析程序中,采用了模塊技術和級聯(lián)矩陣方法。本程序是在PC機漢字操作系統(tǒng)下用BASICA編寫的。最后給出了用本程序設計制作的幾種單片晶體濾波器。Abstract: Based on studying deeply the Monolithic Crystal Filter (MCF) theory and itsequivalent circuit, the design and analysis of MCF by computer is described. In the design program, the quasi-empirical equation is given and some coefficients are modified for avoiding to compute transcendental equation. The building block technology and step connecting matrix method are used in analyzing program, so the program procedure becomes more simple and the computation speed is increased. Finally some kinds of monolithic crystal filters are designed and manufaetured by using this program, and good results are obtained.
