皮秒光導(dǎo)開(kāi)關(guān)的研制及其應(yīng)用
DEVELOPMENT OF PHOTOCONDUCTIVE SWITCHES AND ITS APPLICATIONS

摘要: 本文介紹了研制GaAs:Cr,InP:Fe光導(dǎo)開(kāi)關(guān)的過(guò)程,實(shí)驗(yàn)顯示了開(kāi)關(guān)對(duì)光的響應(yīng)特性,利用光導(dǎo)開(kāi)關(guān)來(lái)探測(cè)皮秒光脈沖的波形,并且利用光導(dǎo)開(kāi)關(guān)的原理研制成新型的超寬帶雷達(dá)實(shí)驗(yàn)室模型,實(shí)驗(yàn)顯示了它的脈沖輻射和接收波形。Abstract: The picosecond photoconductive switches are developed and used to detect the pulse laser waveform. By using the photoconductive switches, a novel lab model of an ultrawide band (UWB) radar is also developed. The experimental results are given to show the performances of the swithches and the UWB radar.
