透射式多堿光陰極厚度的研究
ON THE THICKNESS OF TRANSMISSION-MODE MULTI-ALKALI PHOTOCATHODE

摘要: 透射式光陰極的厚度,直接影響光陰極的光電子發(fā)射效率和光譜響應(yīng)。本文討論了光學(xué)吸收和光電子逸出深度與多堿光陰極厚度的關(guān)系;從理論上分析了透射式多堿光陰極的最佳厚度。并提出了確定最佳厚度的監(jiān)測和計(jì)算方法。最后給出了多堿光陰極在幾個(gè)給定工作波長的最佳厚度。

Abstract: The thickness of transmission-mode photocathode affects directly its photoelectric efficiency and spectral response. In this paper, the relationships between the thickness and the optical absorption of photocathode and the escape depth of photoelectron are discussed. The optimum thickness of transmission-mode photocathode is analysed theoretically, and the methods for monitoring and determining the optimum thickness are proposed. -
