摘要: 正 一、引言 激光器的諧振腔,通常根據(jù)幾何因子g1、g2所滿足的條件,分成三大類:穩(wěn)定腔,非穩(wěn)定腔和介穩(wěn)定腔。這幾種類型的諧振腔都有過大量的研究。近年來,隨著激光技術(shù)的發(fā)展,對激光束的質(zhì)量提出了更高的要求,迫切希望能獲得高效率,大能量、單橫模、小發(fā)散角的激光束。對于這些要求單純采用穩(wěn)定腔或非穩(wěn)定腔是難于滿足的。 本文提出一種新型的穩(wěn)定腔和非穩(wěn)定腔相結(jié)合的復合諧振腔,腔中放了一個中心有孔的兩面拋光的平面反射鏡作為輸入泵浦束和輸出束的隔離耦合反射鏡;它起著使輸入

Abstract: A resonator with double-curvature mirror to be used as a resonator for optically-pumped lasers at very high efficiency is proposed. This resonator can be regarded as a combination of a stable-resonator and an unstable-resonator. It is a newtype of resonator which is able to obtain a laser beam of high quality. -
