光控介質(zhì)諧振器振蕩器的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究
EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF AN OPTICALLY CONTROLLED DIELECTRIC RESONATOR OSCILLATOR

摘要: 本文報(bào)道了關(guān)于光控介質(zhì)諧振器振蕩器的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果。對(duì)一只9.5GHz的介質(zhì)諧振器振蕩器進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn),用硅半導(dǎo)體光敏材料,入射15mW紅光,光控頻率調(diào)諧達(dá)17.5MHz,紅光功率的平均頻率調(diào)諧率為1.17MHz/mW。入射5.5mW紫光,光控頻率調(diào)諧達(dá)到12.3MHz,紫光功率的平均頻率調(diào)諧率為2.24MHz/mW。在整個(gè)調(diào)諧范圍內(nèi)振蕩器的微波輸出功率隨光功率增加而略有上升。

Abstract: Some new experimental results of optically controlled dielectric resonators (DRO) are presented. A very stable X-band DRO was found to be optically tunable up to 17.5MHz with modulation rate of 1.17MHz/mW with red light illumination. And an even higher modulation rate of 2.24MHz/mW with illumination of violet light was obtained. Instead of a drop in optically controlled DRO output power, a little rise of output power was achieved. -
