摘要: 該文提出一種將遺傳搜索策略應(yīng)用于多聚焦圖像融合子塊尋優(yōu)的算法,對(duì)同一場景兩幅嚴(yán)格配準(zhǔn)的多聚焦圖像的清晰恢復(fù)進(jìn)行了深入研究。該方法把圖像子塊大小作為遺傳染色體,經(jīng)過雜交、變異等操作,以便得到全局意義上的最優(yōu)解。利用3種評(píng)價(jià)參量,即均方根誤差、熵和互信息進(jìn)行不同圖像融合方法的分析及效果評(píng)價(jià),文中討論了兩種情形,并通過大量的圖像實(shí)驗(yàn)表明:當(dāng)聚焦目標(biāo)無交叉模糊區(qū)域時(shí),該方法能實(shí)現(xiàn)多聚焦圖像對(duì)參考源圖像的重構(gòu)或優(yōu)化融合效果;當(dāng)聚焦目標(biāo)有交叉模糊區(qū)域時(shí),該方法也取得了很好的效果,超過Laplacian算法和小波變換法。

Abstract: An adaptive genetic search algorithm is developed for fusion of two spatially registered images of the same scene. In this method, the size of block is defined as chromosome, after crossover and mutation, the global optimal image will be got. Three evaluation criteria such as root mean square error, entropy and mutual information are used on the analysis and effect evaluation of different fused images. Two cases are discussed and extensive experiments demonstrate that in one case the method achieves reconstruction or optimized fusion result to the reference image when the focus objectives are not overlapping blurred, and in another case this method performs better outperforming Laplacian and wavelet methods when the focus objectives are overlapping blurred. -
