Realization of Gm-C Filter with Accurate Tunable Frequency

  • 摘要: 提出了一種新的利用開關(guān)電容技術(shù)調(diào)節(jié)偏置電流值大小的電路,應(yīng)用該電路可以精確調(diào)節(jié)跨導(dǎo)運放Gm值的大小。采用既具有電壓共模負(fù)反饋(CMFB)電路, 又同時具有工作在線性區(qū)的MOS管作源極反饋有源電阻, 實現(xiàn)其良好線性度的跨導(dǎo)運放。設(shè)計了三階橢圓函數(shù)低通濾波器,并實現(xiàn)其頻率的精確可調(diào)。應(yīng)用臺積電(TSMC)2層多晶硅,4層金屬(2P4M),3.3V電源電壓,0.35m CMOS工藝Spice model仿真得到的頻響曲線與理想情況十分接近。
