開端同軸線的電磁場(chǎng)研究及其在無損檢測(cè)中的應(yīng)用
THE EM RESEARCH OF AN OPEN-ENDED COAXIAL LINE AND ITS APPLICATION TO NONDESTRUCTIVE MEASUREMENT OF MATERIALS

摘要: 通過測(cè)量開端同軸線的反射,以確定物質(zhì)的介電常數(shù),是一種簡(jiǎn)捷的無損檢測(cè)方法。本文從嚴(yán)格的場(chǎng)匹配方法出發(fā),研究同軸線開端處的電磁場(chǎng)。利用矩量法進(jìn)行數(shù)值計(jì)算,求出反射系數(shù)與介電常數(shù)的數(shù)值對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系。所得結(jié)果與有關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的比較分析證實(shí)了理論推導(dǎo)的可靠性。最后,本文為實(shí)際測(cè)量提供了一種數(shù)值反演方法。

Abstract: The measurement of reflection from an open-ended coaxial line is a simple and nondestructive technique of determining the dielectric property of materials. The electromagnetic field in the vicinity of the aperture is studied by means of rigorous field matching method. The reflection coefficient is computed by moment method as a function of the dielectric constant. The validity of the theoretical results is ested by comparing the numerical evaluation with previous paper. Furthermore, a method fo data inversion is provided. -
