磁體工作狀態(tài)判斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的改進(jìn)
AN IMPROVED CRITERION TO JUDGE THE ENERGY CONTRIBUTION OF MAGNETS

摘要: 磁體結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)需要用最少量的磁體產(chǎn)生最強(qiáng)的磁場(chǎng),其要點(diǎn)之一是保證磁體的每一部分工作在退磁曲線上盡量靠近最大磁能積(BH)max的地方,目前用于磁場(chǎng)計(jì)算的程序CTA對(duì)磁體工作點(diǎn)的算法有缺陷,它對(duì)一個(gè)形狀復(fù)雜磁體結(jié)構(gòu)的磁場(chǎng)能量貢獻(xiàn)大小的計(jì)算也不能給出唯一的結(jié)果,以便當(dāng)作設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)劣的判據(jù)。作者就程序算法進(jìn)行改進(jìn)后,對(duì)每個(gè)磁體結(jié)構(gòu)給出一個(gè)統(tǒng)一的平均磁能積作為判斷磁體工作狀態(tài)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并進(jìn)一步畫(huà)出了磁能積的分布圖。

Abstract: The optimum design of magnet structures requires that every part of the magnets work at a point on the demagnetization curve which is as near to (BH)max as possible. CTA is a program for the computation of magnetic fields in axisymmetric systems. It has some defects in its search for magnet working points, and furthermore, for a complex structure it cannot provide a sole result to judge how much magnetic energy is contributed by the magnets. In this paper the authors introduce average magnetic energy product to serve as a criterion for the judgment of the work state of magnets. For every magnet structure the improved CTA can present a unique average magnetic energy product and a map of the energy product distribution. -
