浸漬鐿酸鹽陰極

摘要: 本文介紹了一種新型鋇鎢陰極鐿酸鹽陰極,這種陰極是以多孔鎢海綿為基體,浸漬鐿酸鹽發(fā)射材料而制成。該陰極具有大的次級電子發(fā)射系數(shù),在室溫下,為4.1;較大的熱發(fā)射,在1000℃,可支取6A/cm2的電流密度,而且陰極表面發(fā)射比較均勻;有較強的抗氧中毒能力;是一種較好的實用陰極。

Abstract: A new kind of dispenser cathode impregnated with barium ytterbnate has been developed. It has good properties: high coefficient of secondary emission, stronger ability of resisting oxygen poisoning, higher thermionic emission current density and more uniform emission on the cathode surface. The cathode is suitable for use as an electron emitter for microwave tubes, especially magnetrons. -
