新型準光學瓦級固態(tài)功率合成器
A NEW QUASI-OPTICAL WATT-LEVEL SOLID-STATE POWER COMBINER

摘要: 本文介紹一種新型短焦距開放腔固態(tài)功率合成器的實驗結(jié)構(gòu)和實驗結(jié)果。由4只標稱功率為155mW,160mW,160mW和165mW的Gunn二極管,采用串聯(lián)型接法進行的合成實驗,在X波段獲得了開機輸出功率大于1W,穩(wěn)定輸出功率為850mW。Abstract: Experimental structure and results of a new type of solid-state power combiner with short focal length open cavity are presented in this paper. In X wave-band, the experiments use four Gunn diodes, with every two in series with electric field, whose rated CW power are 155 mW, 160 mW, 160 mW and 165 mW, respectively. The obtained experimental results show that the opening machine CW output power is over 1 W, stable CW output power is about 850 mW.
