低溫度系數(shù)永磁材料
A KIND OF PERMANENT MAGNETIC MATERIAL WITH LOW REVERSIBLE TEMPERATURE COEFFICIENT

摘要: 正 在微波器件和精密儀器中,要求所用的永磁材料在很寬的溫度范圍內(nèi)磁通基本保持不變,亦即要求所用的永磁材料具有很低的可逆溫度系數(shù)()。鋁鎳鈷、鐵氧體、鉑鈷和普通的稀土鈷永磁材料均不能滿足上述要求。我們根據(jù)輕稀土鈷和重稀土鈷化合物的磁化強(qiáng)度隨溫度變化的相反性質(zhì),即輕稀土鈷化合物的磁化強(qiáng)度隨溫度增加而降低,而重稀土鈷化合物的磁化強(qiáng)度在一定溫度范圍內(nèi)隨溫度增加而增加。通過用重稀土Gd、Er取代SmCo5中一部分Sm,并適當(dāng)調(diào)節(jié)Sm與Gd、Er之間的比例,制備成了可逆溫度系

Abstract: For special microwave devices and precision instruments, the flux density of the permanent magnets has to be a constant over a wide temperature range. It means that a kind of permanent magnetic material with low reversible temperature coefficient is needed. Thus, the permanent magnetic material containing Gd and Er is fabricated. The material is prepared by liquid phase-sintering technique. The effects of composition, ball milling time, sintering temperature and heat treatment on the magnetic properties of the materialarestudied. -
