毫米波同軸-波導(dǎo)二極管管座計(jì)算機(jī)模擬分析
ANALYSIS OF MILLIMETER WAVE COAXIAL-WAVEGUIDE DIODE MOUNT WITH COMPUTER SIMULATION

摘要: 本文從理論上分析了構(gòu)成功率合成器的主要組件橫向耦合同軸-波導(dǎo)二級(jí)管管座的結(jié)構(gòu),建立了它的等效電路模型。并且通過(guò)計(jì)算機(jī)模擬分析,得到腔體短路位置l4。失配負(fù)載Z1及其位置l1。腔體輸出負(fù)載Z3及其位置l3、同軸線內(nèi)導(dǎo)體半徑r以及同軸線段之間的距離等參量與功率比的關(guān)系。根據(jù)此結(jié)果給出毫米波合成器設(shè)計(jì)的最佳方案。模擬分析已為實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果所證實(shí)。

Abstract: A theoretical analysis is given in this paper to the structure of a cross-coupled coaxial-waveguide diode mount--a major module of power combiner. The equivalent circuit isobtained. It is shown by computer simulation that the shorted out position l4 of a cavity can be determined and the power ratio is related to the mismatched load z1, to the output impedance z3 of cavity and their position l1 and l3, to the radius r of inner conductor of a coaxial line and to the distance between coaxial lines. According to these results, a optimum design of millimeter wave combiner is discussed proved by expriments. -
