一種新的IP網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻通信丟包錯誤糾正方案
A Novel Lost-Packet Recover Scheme for Video Communications over IP Networks

摘要: 分組丟失是IP交換網(wǎng)絡(luò)常見的現(xiàn)象。該文針對下一代網(wǎng)絡(luò)多媒體通信,提出了一套IP網(wǎng)絡(luò)抗分組丟失的方案。包括糾刪編碼、打包和發(fā)送以及接收端錯誤掩蓋。與常見的糾刪編碼相比,該文提出的[9,5,3]碼具有構(gòu)造簡單,編解碼時間短,糾刪能力高的優(yōu)點。打包和發(fā)送方案根據(jù)[9,5,3]碼的糾刪性能對視頻數(shù)據(jù)打包,并以一定順序發(fā)送,提高了糾刪碼抗突發(fā)錯誤的能力。采用新的視頻編碼方案H.264所提供的抗誤碼工具靈活的宏塊次序(FMO),對糾刪失效的視頻數(shù)據(jù)在解碼端進行錯誤掩蓋。

Abstract: It is very common that the packets may be lost over IP networks during transmission. The scheme proposed in this paper involves a novel erasure correcting code, a packet sending order and error concealment method. The [9,5,3] erasure correcting code in this paper has excellent lost recovering capability, linear encoding and decoding time and is easily constructed. The packetization method increases the capability of error resilience against the burst packet loss. The error concealment tool FMO of H.264 is used to deal with the video information packet that can not be recovered. -
